HALLOWEEN PRACTICE SHOTS (HALLOWEEN 5)

Trials from incorrect shoot-

These are some of my practice attempts of what was going to be my final design. My final design was incorrect as I described in a previous post but I still wanted to include some of my practice trials on the blog. I have to say the more I applied the liquid latex the easier it become, it just felt much more natural picking skin and blood colours then shading it and trying to make it look realistic. This is also the first time I have ever worked on a dark skin model, I was worried I would fail at applying realistic tones but it was much easier than expected. I thin the design ended up looking much more effective on his skin tone than the other. I definitely want to vary who I choose to model for me as I need to experiment and practice on different skin tones for the future. I also don't have much experience working on male models so it was quite interesting working on a much tougher skin texture plus stubble.
