Practising applying my mould piece:
I wanted to make sure I had time to practise applying my piece before my final photographed application. I'm happy I took the time to do this as It showed me how much thinner my piece would have to be to look at least a little realistic on the face. I created this piece way to thick making it very difficult to blend away the edges, even with the use of a lot of Acetone couldn't blend the thick edges surrounding it. I did like the shape of my piece and the indent I created with my wax. I think it will look really effective one coloured and made to look more 3D and apart of the face.
